Overview: What are we talking about?
Revelation Pets is offered around the world, and the written content within Rev Pets can be manually customized for your customers on the Online Booker. While you cannot translate the actual application in its entirety, Revelation Pets is integrated with Google Translate. If you live in a non-English speaking country, Google Translate appears in the bottom right corner and translates the page into your language. This article will go over how to change different words and phrases for the Online Booker so pet parents can interact with your facility in their country's language.

Locating Translation Sections in Revelation Pets
You can translate or change the wording for every piece of communication that your customers receive. These translations can be found in multiple places from your Revelation Pets app. Here's an overview guide of where to find translations of different fields:
Online Booking Email Translations

- New booking email for customer (created by facility)
- Requested booking email for app owner (created by customer)

Here, you will find all things related to a customer booking online using the online booker module, such as the Availability button text or the Login messaging (separate from the Pet Parent Profile module)

Customer Communication

This section is mainly focused on translating all the data shown on a customer's profile via the Online Booker, as well as email and SMS communication translations. This is separate from the Online Booker module, so some fields shown on both pages will need to be translated in two places. This would include fields such as Email Address or Phone Number.
Many SMS and Email translations can include variables such as a pet's name or the arrival date of a booking. These will be translated as they appear on the business end of your app.

Customer Booking Communication

Thank You Email:
This email type is used to thank customers for their visit via email.
Cancellation Email:
This email type is a notice to customers that their booking has been cancelled.
Vaccine Expiry Email:
This email type is a notice to the customer that their immunizations are expiring soon. You have the option to send 0, 1, or 2 email reminders to customers regarding their immunizations, and you can change how many days prior to expiration these emails are sent.
Payment Reminders:
These emails can be customized to send out a certain number of days prior to arrival or checkout, based on the payment reminder type.
This page includes:
- Reminder to pay for an upcoming visit
- Reminder to pay an outstanding balance owed
- Reminder to pay a deposit
Birthday Email:
This email type is a "happy birthday" message you can have emailed to clients on their pet's date of birth. This requires the pet's profile includes their birthday.
Basic Translations

Basic Translations:
This section includes the text commonly found everywhere in your app such as "booking", "arrival", "feeding", "veterinarian", etc.
Booking Email Translation:
This email is sent manually from a pet's booking. This will include the total amounts owed and paid, and any booking details you enable. Customers cannot pay invoices from this email.
Booking Print Translation:
This is the translation for the header and footer of your booking confirmation email in the printout version.
Boarding Card Translation:
This section cannot be directly translated, but will instead pull from data in your app already. This is where you will be able to customize what appears on your Boarding Cards, such as vaccinations or behavioral notes.
Receipt Translation:
This translation tab is for all things related to the receipt, including subject and body text for credits and payments.
Custom Fields:
This section is for Custom Field translations for owners and pets. These fields will appear on the Online Booker for customers to fill out.

Revelation Pets offers a review platform within the app, but you also have the option to Include your own custom review link:
Important! You only need to update the wording once. Use the field boxes to type in your own language or wording and remember to ‘Save’ your changes.
