At this time, Revelation Pets does not include a built-in report for tracking the total amount each customer has spent with your business over their lifetime. However, we’ve provided a simple alternative solution that allows you to export your customer data to an Excel sheet, which includes the total amount spent by each customer. This can help you analyze and identify your top customers based on their lifetime spend.

Step-by-Step Guide: Generating a Custom Report for Customer Lifetime Spending
Use the following steps to export your customers and their total spending.
Step 1: Navigate to the Export Tool within Revelation Pets
- Navigate to the Customers section in your Revelation Pets account.
- Select Tools, then select Export Customers.
Step 2: Download the Data
- Revelation Pets will automatically generate and download a CSV file that contains all of your customer and pet data.
- This file can be opened and viewed in Excel.
Step 3: Find the Total Amount Spent
- Once the CSV file is opened in Excel, scroll to the far-right column. Locate the column labeled "Total Amount Spent."
- The Total Amount Spent column will show the total lifetime spending for each customer.
Important Notes:

Booking Data Exclusion: Please note the export only includes customer and pet information. It does not contain any booking data. You will only see the total amounts spent based on the information available in your customer records.
- Sort the Data: To analyze the top customers, sort the data by the "Total Amount Spent" column. Be sure to select the entire worksheet (not just the column) when sorting to avoid misaligning the data.

Locating a Specific Customer's Payment Report
Are you looking for the spending details of a specific customer (rather than a general report)? In Revelation Pets, there is an easy way to locate this information directly from the customer's profile. Below are the steps to take to obtain this information.
Locate the Customer's Profile Within Revelation Pets
Navigate to the Customers section in your Revelation Pets account. Next, search for and select the customer whose payment history you would like to review.
Navigate to the Account Balance Tab
On the customer's profile page, click on the Account Balance tab. This will show an overview of the customer's payment history.
Select a Date Range
Once in the Account Balance section, a specific date range can be selected for the report. Simply choose the start and end dates, and Revelation Pets will generate a payment report for that customer within the selected period.
Important Notes:
This payment report is specific to the individual customer. You will need to repeat the process for each customer you want to analyze. It is not a bulk report, but the report can give you a detailed breakdown of a single customer's spending.
