What if I want to discount the last day's rate for customers who collect their pet early?

You can easily discount a day's fee from the booking by setting up a negative charge of your day rate under Account Settings > Services & Costs > Other Charges and Discounts and applying this in the Cost section of the booking under 'Add Additional Charges & Discounts'.

The final day's fee will be deducted from the bill and you will look extra generous!
