There are a number of ways to communicate with your customers via Revelation Pets:
1) Online Booker: You can addour online booker to your website so your customers can check availability and submit a booking request. You can customise all the text for Online Booker. To set this up go to:
Account Settings > Online Bookings
2) Booking Notes: If you want to personalise your booking confirmation there are 2 different Booking Note sections that you can use both for internal and external purpses.
3) You can add generic Terms & Conditions and Booking Notes to every Booking Conformation at:
Account Settings > Terms & Conditions > Booking Notes
To ensure these notes show on every Confirmation make sure they are enabled under Account Settings > Translations > Booking Print and Booking Email
4) Reminder & Thank You emails: You can enable up to 2 reminder emails to be sent automatically to your clients to remind them of their bookings and a thank you email which will be sent afterwards.
5) Activity Page: You can add activities, comments and photos to the Activity Page of every pet and your customers will receive update emails showing what their pets have been doing. All these posts can be shared on Facebook too.
6) Translations: You have the option of rewording or translating any of the pice of communication that your customers receive under Account Settings > Translations
