When a booking is created, a Booking Confirmation Email can be sent to your customer listing the key booking details.
There is also a Reminder Email feature that you can use. This allows you to automatically send up to 2 reminder emails to your customers in advance of their pet's arrival.
To enable the Reminder Emails go to:
Account Settings > Customer Communications > Reminder Email Translation
