We have a plugin with MailChimp to allow you to do this. You need to set up a MailChimp account for this to work and these instructions showing how to set up the integration:

Alternatively, you can download your customer database into excel by going to Customer > Tools > Export to Excel and use the email column with an online mailing company of your choice.
